We are a great Baltic HR Operations team with broad knowledge and experience in HR. We support ~ 1000 If employees in Baltic countries and are looking for a colleague who would join us to ensure the best experience for If employees and leaders. 

What are you going to do?

  • Organize recruitment to frontline positions in Latvian If branch.
  • Coordinate and improve onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Manage employees data in our HRIS (Workday) and employment related documents.
  • Administer employee benefits, labour safety, internal rules.
  • Participate in further development of our HR systems, tools and processes, which can improve our employees and leaders daily experience.
  • Take an active role in various local and Baltic projects within HR Operations team and together with HR Business Partners team.

Are you interested? If yes, we expect that you:

  • Already have experience in a similar role in an international company.
  • Have good knowledge about Latvian labor law and recruitment processes.
  • Are proactive and have perfect communication skills.
  • Like new technologies, quickly learn how to use them and can help others to learn.
  • Have experience with HRIS (Workday would be an advantage).
  • Are organized and attentive to details, service-minded and solution-oriented personality with high standards for quality.
  • Like to improve processes and daily activities in your ownership area are but also enjoy cooperation and co-creation.
  • Are fluent in Latvian and English.
