Service Responsible for Microsoft Exchange

About the role

As a service responsible on the Collaboration platform, you will take the lead on governing services, function as a positive influence on the surrounding IT departments, but also implement and promote best practices. Communication and cooperation with our many stakeholders across countries and business areas is key to be a success.

The Collaboration platform has one of the biggest user interfaces in If, so satisfied users is a priority. Beside safeguarding the stability of the services through, good change management, taking part in keeping the platform up to date and taking part in task forces, the role also needs, together with the platform responsible, to define the roadmap and propose new features and functions to the stakeholders.

What are you going to do?

• Primary contact for Exchange Online, Exchange Server, and other internal mailing solutions.
• Propose and run improvement projects around Microsoft 365 services and products.
• Work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams throughout If
• Aid in defining the platform roadmap together the platform responsible
• Testing and verifying changes proposed by the team, IT vendor or other IT operational units
• Stakeholder management towards e.g., Service Desk, Service Delivery Management, IT security and others

What do we expect from you?

Must have

• Experience in enterprise-scale hybrid Exchange environments.
• Have sufficient knowledge within Microsoft 365 offering and licensing.
• Have experience in Microsoft 365 service administration and governance.
• Understanding of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS concepts pros/cons.
• It is an advantage if you have PowerShell experience.
• Be positive and service minded
• Experience in running smaller projects and taking part in larger projects
