How to report a claim

  • Fill out an online application for indemnification of losses.
  • Please add copies of the documents related to the accident.
  • If you are unable to add documents, please send them via WhatsApp (+371 26 553 320) or e-mail indicating the number of the claim's case.

After sending the application

  • After filling out an online application, you will receive an SMS as confirmation that the application has been registered.
  • If additional documents will be needed, we will contact you.
  • Our remuneration specialist will make a decision on the remuneration within 10 working days after receiving all the necessary documents.
