IT Service Desk Analyst

We are searching for IT Service Desk Analyst who will build and maintain positive relationships with internal customers - respond to user inquiries, assess problems and issues with IT hardware and software, and help resolve these issues for users. He/she also will work closely with other IT teams. Sounds interesting? You could be one of us!

  • Previous experience in the area of IT Support or related IT specialties.
  • Willingness to work with system users and solving production issues.
  • Ability to prioritize daily tasks.
  • Your friends most probably would characterize you as an excellent communicator (also in English) and eager to work collaboratively with others.
  • You have heard about DevOps, Agile, ITIL foundation.
